Heather’s retreats are small, intimate weekend experiences designed for people who need more than a weekend away — who are ready to genuinely rest, to move their bodies, to be in nature, and to return to daily life feeling more like themselves.

Each retreat weaves together yoga, guided mindfulness practice, and time in natural surroundings — creating space to exhale, to reflect, and to simply be. There is no agenda beyond your own renewal. No performance. No pressure. Just time, space, and the quiet work of coming home to yourself.

What to expect

Retreats typically run over a weekend — Friday evening through Sunday afternoon — in carefully chosen locations in the UK and across Europe.

Each retreat includes:

  • Daily yoga sessions suitable for all levels
  • Guided mindfulness and meditation practice
  • Time in nature — walking, stillness, open air
  • Space for personal reflection and journalling
  • Nourishing meals shared in good company
  • Small group size — intimate by design

No prior yoga experience is needed. No particular fitness level required. Just a willingness to show up and slow down.
